Dyna-Bite: Take your Bite out of Crime.[]

Dyna-Bite melee systems are not always bladed, despite the blanket term of "Deployable Blade System". Usually extending from the forearm, elbow, or knee, Dyna-Bite melee weapons are segmented collapsible or folding implements for engaging opponents in close combat. The Dyna-Bite weaponry is designed to pivot naturally with the augment's movement, making it a very natural means of assault once the user overcomes the hurdle of realizing the weapon is not in hand, it is along arm.

Lethal or nonlethal Dyna-Bite systems must be bought separately. As they occupy the same internal space within an augmented individual, they cannot directly occupy tha same space. There is nothing preventing an augment from placing a nonlethal system in one arm and a lethal in the other, or a lethal system in the elbow and nonlethal in the forearm of the same arm.

Nonlethal Systems[]

  • Rank 1 - Flexible baton; 1D8+db damage. Damage from this weapon cannot kill unless the augment does not relent when an opponent is rendered unconscious.
  • Rank 2 - Sicc Stick; 1D8+db damage and instantly prompts a resistance check vs 2D10 minutes of stun. Ineffective vs anyone with nonbiological digestion.
  • Rank 3 - Kinetic Displacement Baton; 1D8+db damage, instantly prompts resistance check vs heavy knockback and vs severe nausea.

Lethal Systems[]

  • Rank 1 - Fighting Spur; sharpened fighting hook dealing 1D6+1+db damage.
  • Rank 2 - Gladiator fighting blade; flat fighting blade dealing 1D8+2+db damage.
  • Rank 3 - Murdersaw; small chainsaw implement unfolding from the body dealing 2D8 damage. For larger augments, the Gladiator blade is preferable as one can really throw their weight into it.
