The Rapid Response Reflex system must be built into an entire body. Traditional augments cannot possess this, as it requires a degree of conversion to where attempting to install it in anyone outside of a fully-converted posthuman would ensure their swift demise.
The system enables the user to move faster than most humans are capable of, permitting them to commit to the following feats of velocity:
- Double Dodge % vs one attack, or use the Dodge skill more than once in a round.
- Commit to any number of Parries in one round.
- Ensure an automatic impale if a melee attack hits.
The system uses a great deal of power, and the user can perform one feat of velocity per rank of the system per hour. It also generates a great deal of heat, to where feeding power to it via PRAS without Thermal Masking active is likely to cause an aug's entire body to explode.
